4. USER ELIGIBILITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Users must be at least 18 years of age to engage our services independently. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

5. ORDER PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS

 

5.1 Order Placement

All orders must be placed through our designated communication channels or website. Orders must include:

  • Clear project requirements and specifications

  • Accurate deadline information

  • Complete contact information

  • Any specific formatting or style requirements

 

5.2 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Order acceptance will be confirmed via email within 48 hours of submission.

 

5.3 Project Specifications

Any changes to project specifications after order acceptance may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

 

6. DELIVERY AND TIMELINE

 

6.1 Standard Delivery Times

  • Application essays: 7-10 working days

  • Academic papers: 10-14 working days (subject to complexity)

  • Research content: 14-21 working days (subject to scope)

  • Rush orders: Available with additional charges (25% premium for delivery under 5 working days)

 

6.2 Delivery Method

All completed work will be delivered via email in Microsoft Word format with track changes enabled for transparency.

 

6.3 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.

 

7. PAYMENT TERMS

 

7.1 Payment Methods

7.2 Payment Schedule

  • 50% advance payment required before project commencement

  • Remaining 50% due upon project completion and delivery

  • Full payment required before final delivery

8. REVISION POLICY

 

8.1 Free Revisions

We provide up to three (3) free revisions per project, subject to the following conditions:

  • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of initial delivery

  • Revisions must align with original project specifications

  • Revisions must be requested through our designated communication channels

 

8.2 Revision Limitations

Revisions that involve:

  • New or additional requirements not in original specifications

  • Substantial changes to project scope

  • Changes exceeding 30% of original content
    Will be treated as new orders and subject to additional charges.

 

8.3 Major Revisions

Major revisions requiring significant reworking (60% or more of original content) will be charged at 60% of the original project cost.

 

9. QUALITY ASSURANCE

 

9.1 Original Content Guarantee

We guarantee 100% original content for all projects. All work is created from scratch and checked for plagiarism using professional software.

 

9.2 Quality Standards

All deliverables will meet professional academic and writing standards, including:

  • Proper grammar and syntax

  • Appropriate formatting and citations

  • Adherence to specified style guides

  • Logical structure and coherence

 

9.3 Plagiarism Policy

We maintain a strict zero-plagiarism policy. All content is original and properly cited where necessary. Any plagiarism concerns will be addressed immediately with free revisions.

12. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

12.1 Cancellation Rights

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for full refund

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

 

12.2 Refund Conditions

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery of completed work by agreed deadline

  • Failure to meet specified quality standards after three revision attempts

  • Proven plagiarism in delivered content

 

12.3 Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

  • Refund amount may be subject to administrative fees

 

12.4 No Refund Conditions

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Change of mind after work commencement

  • Failure to achieve specific grades or outcomes

  • Delays caused by client-provided information

  • Requests made after the specified time period

 

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, university admissions, or publication acceptances.

 

13.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

 

13.3 Consequential Damages

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

 

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

 

14.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

 

14.3 Dispute Resolution Process

We encourage resolution of disputes through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Mumbai.

 

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

 

15.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.

 

15.2 Notification

We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

16. WEBSITE USE AND TECHNICAL TERMS

 

16.1 Website Access

We strive to maintain website availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or modify website features for maintenance or improvements.
